MIA Kitchen & Bar was designed and built from the ground up with one thing in mind: to motivate, inspire, and educate our guests about Florida cuisine. With our three pillars: Modern, Inventive, Authentic, we focus on bringing local food with global flair to our guests. The restaurant itself is a living, breathing part of the community, featuring local artists of screen and canvas. We immerse ourselves into our area, working with local charities, benefits, and farmers.
When you arrive in the restaurant, you are greeted with a professional staff that has passion for hospitality and dedication to this craft of food and beverage. An industrial chic vibe encapsulates the room with exposed concrete, reclaimed wood and an open kitchen with a Chef’s Counter. A unique experience awaits with a playful menu and educated staff to lead you on a journey into our world. The menu is constantly evolving but our mission is never-changing: to bring modern Florida cuisine to our guests.
To match our kitchen and our service, the beverage program is designed to complete your MIA experience. With the mindset of: Modern, Inventive, Authentic, we bring you a beverage program that uses local distilleries, breweries and artisans to craft amazing cocktails and a wine program with more than 50 bottles by the glass. Sodas are made “in house” using local fruit and Florida Cane Sugar. Treatments of spirits revolve with the seasons.
